BATONA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PNG Ltd

Batona Capital Management is registered in Port Moresby, the Capital City of Papua New Guinea. It has lots of local clients and large Chinese investors in PNG from state-owned enterprises and private Chinese investors. Batona Capital Management is going to secure the banking license (both onshore and offshore) from Bank of Papua New Guinea (BPNG), the Central Bank of PNG. Jaxin Group and its PNG companies have worked together by promoting the bilateral cooperation between China and PNG, and successfully signed the Memorandum of Understanding on investing in PNG oil/gas and mining sector. According to the MOUs, Chinese companies are encouraged to invest in PNG development projects in China Currency Yuan, which is to be conducted and distributed through the Joint-venture Bank, Batona Bank.

Batona Capital owns 70% of Batona Bank, which the Central Bank of PNG owns 10% and China Construction Bank owns 20% of the Joint-venture. Batona Bank is the only bank that deals with China Currency Yuan business in PNG. Batona Bank has a plan to take some acquisition of some local bank in PNG as well, and it has also the plan by promoting its cryptocurrency (digital currency) in South Pacific region.
