JAXIN PNG LIMITED
Jaxin PNG Limited is registered in the Capital City of Papua New Guinea (PNG), the largest country in the South Pacific region. From July of 2017, Jaxin PNG has started negotiations with PNG government, and signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Manus Province by developing Manus as a leading global tourist center, a Free Trade Zone (Free Duty Shopping), Offshore Finance Center and an international maritime logistics and supply center in the South Pacific 4 / 6 region. Jaxin PNG has been actively engaged in developing the urbanization plan in the National Capital District of PNG by building all sorts of houses by improving the living conditions for the families of Capital City of PNG. The scheduled built-up sizes of National Capital District of PNG is 12 million m2 for a 5-year plan.
Jaxin PNG has planned to build two 200 MW Solar/Photovoltaic Power Stations in Port Moresby, Capital of PNG and Lae of Morobe Province, which will greatly release the pressure of power shortage of this country. Jaxin PNG will build some wharfs along the seashores of Port Moresby, Lae and Manus.
Meantime, Jaxin PNG is going to develop the CBD area in the downtown Paga Hill area together with the modern office buildings for PNG government departments and the office buildings for the National Capital District of Papua New Guinea. And Jaxin PNG will build the National Park of PNG in Paga Hill waterfront by demonstrating the essences of PNG traditional tribes to the public and the visitors. Jaxin PNG will help PNG to build up its modern industrial and agricultural system, including the first modern steel factory with annual production capacity of 5 million tons, a modern Cement factory of annual output of 1 million tons of commercial cement and a large construction prefabrication manufacturing center with annual output of prefabs of 3 million m2, a modern industrial park and a modern agricultural park in Lae, the Capital city of Morobe Province.
