Jaxin Group is a global player for developing multi-national business in many different countries. Simon Shi, Chairman had created Jaxin in 2002 in Espoo of Finland, the most beautiful Nordic country. With our offices in Finland and China, we have developed to be the global vendor supplier of ABB, the world largest automation industry group for the key parts and components of electric motors. We had introduced the advanced Western technologies to some Chinese manufacturers and helped them become the leading construction machinery manufacturers in China and the world market.
With the patented technologies of vehicle-borne terminals of Simon Shi, Chairman, Batona IoT has developed the business in centimeter level positioning, smart satellite navigation and smart community management on an innovation-led growth. Batona would become one of the leading business models in China within a few years.
We have been actively involved in the investments and development of the natural resources in many countries. We had signed in three large gold mines in Ghana of West Africa by developing gold, diamond, tantalum-niobium ores in May of 2019.
We have signed 6 gold/copper mines and 6 oil/gas fields separately with the Mining Ministry and the Petroleum Ministry of Papua New Guinea in November of 2021. And we will extend our investments in the oil/gas fields and mining sector of PNG together with our European business partners and Chinese business partners as well.
